Return Policy


1. No refund/exchange (including color change, style change, etc.)/order cancellation will be accepted after the order is placed.


Customers cannot cancel or change the order after placing the order except for items that are out of stock.


In case of out-of-stock, shipping, and other problems, the customer will be notified immediately, and another refund arrangement will be made or other goods can be purchased.


If you need to combine orders / split orders, please notify us immediately after placing the order. If the goods have been packaged, no changes can be made.


※Out of stock definition: Over 30 working days did not arrive / This style is out of stock



2. There is no return or exchange of goods when they go out. Please check the goods carefully before leaving.


- If you go to the store to pick up the goods, please check whether the goods are correct at the store first, and if there are any mistakes, please report them to the staff immediately.


Once the goods go out, they will not be returned or exchanged.


- If you are using SF Express to pick up the goods, after receiving the goods, please confirm whether the goods are correct before unpacking.


If there are problems such as wrong goods or serious defects in the goods, please report to us on ONLINE INBOX within 48 hours after receiving the goods. (Items cannot be returned or exchanged after the expiration date)


Please ensure that the packaging of the product is intact. If the packaging has been opened or the product has been used, it will not be returned or exchanged.


When our store ships, we will ensure that the product is complete before sending it out.


If there are force majeure factors such as product dumping or damage due to express delivery, the store will not accept any product replacement/refund/exchange, and the customer must bear the risk of mailing.


※For the wrongly sent products, you must keep the original brand-new material of all products, including boxes, products, packaging, manuals, etc. Otherwise, you cannot return or exchange.


3. Exchange process


Contact us first through our customer service hotline and customer service center. The replacement will arrange in our office if necessary.

If you find the goods are wrong or missed delivery, please contact us within 48 hours after picking up the goods. Otherwise, there will be no action taken.


All item exchanges require an electronic purchase receipt.


Items to be replaced must be new and unopened or used.


The form of exchange is only available at the San Po Kong store, and cash will be refunded / product will be replaced according to the situation.


The exchange must be completed within 10 days after receipt. Otherwise, no returns or exchanges can be made.


There is no exchange in any form of delivery.


In case of any dispute, the company PRO & PACIFIC TOYS LIMITED will reserve the right of final decision
